The fresh stuff in the refrigerator is really good! I have to wait a month or so for the flavors to mingle in the preserved jars before I open one and try it.

A nice piece, Dawn. I built a 12ft x 4 ft bed thinking 'veggies', but I don't get enough sun :( I enjoyed reading about your year-long planning and harvest.

My husband had a raised bed about that size in the middle of the yard where he grows the peppers, onions and garlic. The tomatoes are in different areas. He is slowly transforming the entire yard into one big garden.
