Mostly I’ll be working on contributing to a few charities; finally tackling a “crowd reading” assignment someone here on Substack started, to read and summarize the Project 2025 document, together; working on finishing up some interview questions that the writer of the “Social Issues in Song” writer asked me, so we can cross promote our socially-oriented blogs, and projects; getting some writer’s insurance so I can be a little more protected when I start writing about things that more directly relate to things that those in the current Administration, and other powerful figures, have done, on my publication; and maybe some other stuff if I can get to it.
I found something online. I’ll let you know if I purchase. I’m a lawyer besides a writer (and a half-undercover secret government agent, here) :). So I tend to be a little cautious.
Thank you for this, Dawn. Wearing my rainbow tie-died Human Kind- Be Both t shirt today from the National Civil Rights Museum at the Lorainne Hotel in Memphis. A good day to remember those who made love their life’s work.

Wow. That's quite an impressive list!
What is this writer's insurance you mentioned? I've never heard of that.

Powerful piece, Eloquently said❤️🙏
Thank you. I hope more people rally around hope than hate today.
Well said
It's mostly quotes, so yeah.

Thank you for helping to shine the light.
Today I'm wearing long underwear inside the house. Below zero wind chills here this week.
Stay warm! And tough-minded. And tender-hearted, to quote MLK 🤍
